Black Banner Gaming ships only to the Contiguous U.S. and utilizes UPS, UPS Ground Saver, USPS, and FedEx shipping services.
Our shipping price for purchases under $99 is a flat rate of $8.99, with FREE shipping for orders exceeding $99 (before tax). Shipping costs are added at checkout.
Black Banner Gaming is not responsible for lost or stolen items. For lost items, we will work with the shipper to get the items replaced at no cost to you; if the item cannot be replaced a refund will be given.
Black Banner Gaming may occasionally list products for sale that are in-stock with a distributor. Expect a 3-5 business day delay as the games are shipped to Black Banner Gaming and then shipped to you. Black Banner Gaming also offers free in-store local pickup for customers who reside in the Phoenix area. Customers purchasing locally for in-store pick-up will be notified via e-mail when the item is ready for pick-up. Orders containing preorder items will not ship until the release date.
We happily accept returns of undamaged, unopened, sealed merchandise. Returns must be initiated by contacting Black Banner Gaming either by phone or email within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Upon receipt of return, Black Banner Gaming will issue a refund for the total paid amount for the returned items minus a restocking fee.
PLEASE NOTE: Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Black Banner Gaming, at its own discretion, may waive the restocking fee.
If a package is returned to Black Banner Gaming due to 'insufficient address,' the customer is required to pay the actual shipping cost to have the order shipped (even if the order qualified for free shipping the first time). If this results in the cancellation of an order, then there will be a 15% restocking fee. Any associated fees Black Banner Gaming may incur to accept the returned package (i.e. insufficient address or refusal of package), the customer is also responsible for paying these fees.
